§ 30.04 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.

   (A)   Purpose. To emphasize § 5 of the county personnel ordinance concerning outside employment.

   (B)   Policy.

      (1)   Permission to engage in gainful outside employment or self-employment must be requested in writing and approved by the employee’s department head and the County Manager.

      (2)   The telephone or EMS equipment will not be used for business related interest while the employee is on duty with County EMS.
