§ 54.02 OBJECTIVES OF CHAPTER.

   The specific objectives of this chapter are as follows:

   (A)   To establish the authority of the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to declare water shortage conditions and implement and enforce the procedures established in this chapter;

   (B)   To establish a chain of command for implementation of the procedures established herein;

   (C)   To establish voluntary and mandatory water conservation measures;

   (D)   To establish enforcement protocol for violations of mandatory water conservation measures outlined in this chapter.
