A. Monthly: The fire department shall hold a monthly meeting on the first Thursday of each month at the hour of seven thirty o'clock (7:30) P.M. in the Hardin fire hall and at such other times as may be called by the written direction to the chief by five (5) members of the department, such request stating the object of the call.
B. Annual: The annual meeting of the department shall be held on the first Monday in December of each year.
Seven (7) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. (Revised Code 1958)
