The purpose of this Chapter is to establish consistent public works standards for the fair bidding, contracting, and proper construction of public works in the City of Hardin. The City believes that continuous adoption of the most recent version of the Montana Public Works Standard Specifications Manual will provide predictable, reliable, and consistent public works in the City of Hardin. The City of Hardin adopts the most recent version of the Montana Public Works Standard Specifications Manual, prepared by the Montana Contractors Association. Whenever a new version of the Manual is published, it is incorporated into this Chapter and replaces previous versions.
