6-11-12: PARK HOURS:

All City Parks are closed between sunset and sunrise. It shall be unlawful for anyone to be in a City Park between sunset and sunrise. A person found in a City Park after sunset and before sunrise is trespassing and may be cited under this section as a misdemeanor, or any other applicable law. (Ord. 2022-09, 8-2-2022)
