6-11-7: NO DAMAGE OF PARK PROPERTY:
No person shall knowingly, purposely or willfully damage any park equipment, plants, trees, shrubs, or other facilities in any City Park. The City is entitled to restitution from any person or persons for any such damages. (Ord. 2022-09, 8-2-2022)
