11-1-9-1: CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD/ZONING COMMISSION:
It is the intent of this chapter that the city-county planning board shall act as the zoning commission and in an advisory capacity to the common council in the administration of this zoning ordinance within the city and the one mile extraterritorial zoning jurisdictional area around the city, not including the reservation.
