10-3-9-4: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this section 10-3-9 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 87-14, 6-2-1987)
