10-3-9-1: SHORT TITLE:
This section 10-3-9 shall be known and may be cited as the ABANDONED, WRECKED, DISMANTLED OR INOPERATIVE MOTOR VEHICLE ORDINANCE. (Ord. 87-14, 6-2-1987)
