10-2-6: DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS:
The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within or upon any sidewalk area except at a permanent driveway, or upon a temporary driveway when a permit therefor has been secured from the city. No vehicle shall be parked on any sidewalk area including at a permanent driveway. (Ord. 2010-18, 1-4-2011)
