A. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle, skateboard or other play vehicle upon a sidewalk within the business district.
B. Persons riding bicycles, skateboards or play vehicles on the sidewalks, outside of the business district, shall yield the right of way to pedestrians, and shall not otherwise endanger or interfere with the pedestrian traffic on those sidewalks. (Ord. 2006-01, 4-4-2006)
