9-5-2: ASSESSMENT FOR COSTS OF STREET MAINTENANCE:
The cost of street maintenance in said street maintenance districts shall be levied and assessed on each lot or parcel of land within such districts for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys and public places. (1984 Code)
