9-5-1: METHOD OF STREET MAINTENANCE:
The street maintenance in any and all street maintenance districts created by the city shall be done by contract or by forces employed by the city or by both, in such manner as the council may elect. (Ord. 87-16, 11-3-1987, eff. retroactive to 10-30-1987)
