9-1-3: PERMANENT; TEMPORARY SIDEWALKS:
Permanent concrete sidewalks shall be constructed within and upon all of the streets and avenues of the City, provided that the City Operations Director may issue a permit for the construction of temporary sidewalks of other materials. (Ord. 2002-01A, 4-16-2002)
