8-1-22: ACCUMULATION OF RUBBISH IN PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED:
No person shall accumulate any rubbish including any dry leaves, dead limbs, or old lumber and allow the same to be stored in any street, alley or public place. (Ord. 97-2, 7-15-1997)
