It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle of any nature within twenty feet (20') of any container used in the City container collection service in such manner which would interfere with the removal of refuse from such container, or block the approach to such container. Proof of ownership of any vehicle violating this section shall be prima facie proof that such owner parked such vehicle. (Ord. 97-2, 7-15-1997)
