Dead animals, poisons, explosives, dangerous or corrosive chemicals, clothing taken from persons with infectious diseases, heavy metals or metal parts, lumber, dirt, rocks, bricks, concrete blocks, tires, crates and other refuse from construction or remodeling, shall not be placed in receptacles used for regular collection service or the City container collection service. Animal feces and materials impregnated with urine must be properly enclosed in a leakproof bag before being placed in a City container. (Ord. 97-2, 7-15-1997)
