The following bulky items shall not be placed in solid waste receptacles by any person: tires, crates, refrigerators, stoves, air conditioners, sofas, chairs, pipe, auto parts, mufflers, tree limbs, tree and shrubbery cuttings, corn stalks, and other like bulky items.
Owners or occupants shall have these prohibited items removed from garbage receptacles and deposited in the City landfill or other approved disposal area at his/her own expense within three (3) days. (Ord. 2018-12, 11-6-2018)
