8-1-5: RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL GARBAGE FEES:
Refuse fees at residences where a portion of the building or premises is used for commercial or business purposes shall be increased by the minimum amount of the commercial user class. (Ord. 97-2, 7-15-1997)
