7-1-3: UNLAWFUL SALE OR USE OF FIREWORKS:
   A.   It is unlawful for an individual to possess or discharge in any manner fireworks within the City of Hardin except on July 4th of each year. Discharge of fireworks on the 4th of July must be on property where the land owner has granted per mission for said discharge.
   B.   It is unlawful for an individual, firm, partnership or corporation to offer for sale fireworks within the City of Hardin.
