6-10-6: NO PRIVATE RIGHT OF ACTION:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to create a private right of action regarding the acquisition, possession, cultivation, manufacture, delivery, transfer, or transport of either marijuana or medical marijuana. (Ord. 2011-1, 1-18-2011)
