6-9-3: PROHIBITIONS:

A. No person who owns or leases any lot or real property within the city shall erect a basketball net or other recreational structure on any public way.

B. It shall be unlawful to allow any basketball net or other recreational structure located on a public way to remain there after the effective date hereof.

C. It is unlawful to play basketball or other recreational sports on any public way. (Ord. 2007-04, 8-21-2007)
