A. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate on public property or public right-of-way or on private property open to public view, except in restrooms and facilities provided for such purpose.
B. A person who is convicted of urinating or defecating in public, under this section, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the County Jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
