It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or give away, in or upon any premises within the City, any liquor on any day between the hours from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. until eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. It shall be unlawful for any person, except for the owner or employees of any barroom, club, bar, or other place where liquor is sold or dispensed, to be permitted to remain in such premises during said hours.
