In the case of the conviction of any licensee hereunder of any violation of this chapter in the city court, the city judge shall, within ten (10) days thereafter, whether or not an appeal has been taken from the judgment of conviction, transmit to the city council and the Montana department of revenue a certified copy of the record of conviction.
