5-5-3: POWER OF COUNCIL TO REVOKE OR RECALL LICENSE:

The council shall have the power to revoke or recall any license issued under the provisions of this chapter when it shall appear that any person to whom such license has been granted has been convicted of a violation of this chapter, or the laws of this state relating to gambling or the sale of intoxicating liquors.
