7-2-8: BUDGET FOR TREE CITY USA STATUS:
A minimum budget shall be designated by the city council of no less than the percent per capita as required to meet the minimum criteria for tree city USA status to fulfill the established criteria. The monies shall be handled in full accordance with city council guidelines. (Ord. 188, 4-13-2009)
