There is adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the use of all streets and public thoroughfares of the city by motor vehicles, Idaho Code title 49, chapters 5, 6 and 7, as the same may hereafter be revised by the Idaho legislature or amended by the governing body, and the same is adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length in this section.
