3-4-10: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

It is unlawful and punishable as provided in this section for any person, firm, copartnership, association, corporation or any group or combination to violate any of the provisions contained in this chapter and, upon conviction of the violation of any of such provisions, a penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code shall be imposed.
