A. Term Of License: All licenses issued under this chapter shall terminate at one o'clock (1:00) A.M. January 1 of each year. (1991 Code § 5.08.090; amd. 2011 Code)
B. Fees Enumerated: Retailer's license fees for the sale of beer shall be as follows:
1. Where such retailer sells only bottled or canned beer, none of which is consumed on the premises where sold, the license fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year; and (1991 Code § 5.08.090)
2. Where such bottled or canned beer is consumed on the premises where sold, the license fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (1991 Code § 5.08.090; amd. 2011 Code)
