3-2-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It is lawful within the city to sell liquor by the drink as provided in Idaho Code title 23, chapter 9, as amended; provided, that a license shall be first obtained as provided in this chapter, and the rules and regulations and provisions concerning the license and operation of a place of business for the sale of liquor by the drink are adhered to as provided. (1991 Code § 5.04.030)
