A. The comprehensive plan and subsequent amendments thereto, together with the zoning and subdivision ordinances and subsequent amendments thereto, as officially adopted by the city, and the various international codes and all successive versions as are adopted or approved by the Idaho building code board 1 , shall apply to the agreed upon area of city impact. B. Within the area of impact, city ordinances, rules and regulations shall not apply to any parcel of land twenty (20) acres or larger used solely for agricultural purposes. (Ord. 151, 8-14-1995)
