10-1-10: AMENDMENTS; AUTHORITY OF CITY:
For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety and general welfare, the city may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these development regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the city in the manner prescribed in chapter 5, article E of this title. (Ord. 151, 8-14-1995)
