10-1-6: INTERPRETATION:

The administrator shall be responsible for the interpretation of the provisions of this title, and any interpretation and application of this title shall be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare. This is not intended to abrogate any appeal rights provided in this title. (Ord. 151, 8-14-1995)
