8-4-5: MONTHLY ASSESSMENT:
The City shall make an assessment in an amount that is reasonable to defray the expenses of removal of garbage or rubbish from the City. The assessment shall be made on a monthly basis and the amount thereof may be changed from time to time by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 217, 9-10-2018)
