§ 34.01 AUTHORITY TO WRITE OFF FEES.

   The Town Council is authorized to write off a fee or penalty for services rendered by the sewage works provided that said fee or penalty:

   (A)   Has been past due for at least six months;

   (B)   Has been declared uncollectable after six attempts to collect either by invoice or collection letter to the customer; and

   (C)   The amount of the fee or penalty is less than $200.
