§ 33.176 POLICY.
   It shall be the policy and responsibility of the Town Marshal’s office to investigate actions which may blemish the public trust rendered unto the Town Marshal’s office in order to fulfill each of these responsibilities. The administrative investigations are to be conducted according to the following procedure.
