§ 33.066 CONTRACT REQUIREMENT.
   All non-profit organizations applying for use of town-owned buildings and grounds for revenue generating events, non-revenue generating events, or programs shall execute a contractual agreement which may include, by reference, all the terms of this policy plus any additional terms.
