§ 33.065 CLEANING AFTER THE EVENT.
   The non-profit organization shall be given two days following the completion of the revenue generating event, non-revenue generating event, or program to remove all trash, garbage, portable toilets, booths, tents, stands, platforms, or other property used and the town-owned buildings and property returned to a clean and usable state. Should the non-profit organization fail to meet the requirement set forth above, the town may, at its discretion and option, perform the necessary cleanup and removal or hire a third party to perform the necessary cleanup and removal and bill the non-profit organization for such work.
