§ 91.02 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   A representative of the town's Building Department, a representative of the town's Planning and Zoning Department, or any member of the town's Police Department is hereby designated to carry out the provisions of this subchapter and state law. For the purposes of this subchapter, the preceding authorized persons may hereafter be referred to as "officer".
