§ 33.022 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FACILITIES PLAN.
   The Wastewater Treatment Preliminary Engineering Report Facilities Plan dated January, 1998 be approved and adopted by the Town Council. Said Plan be submitted to the state’s Department of Environmental Management for review and approval.
