§ 34.31 PARK AND RECREATION SPECIAL NON-REVERTING GENERAL FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Park and Recreation Special Non-Reverting General Fund. The following fund number is designated: Park Non-Reverting Operating: 211.
   (B)   Said fund shall be used at the discretion of the Town Board of Parks and Recreation solely for operating the program.
   (C)   Said fund is to be kept by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
   (D)   Said fund shall be non-reverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Town Council.
