(A) A fund is established for the deposit of monies from the COVID-19 Funds.
(B) Said account shall be named the COVID-19 Fund, and all monies contained in said fund shall be expended in accordance with the directives from the State of Indiana, federal government and Congress. The following fund number is designated: COVID-19: 150.000.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized to expend and disburse monies from said fund in accordance with directives from the State of Indiana, federal government and Congress.
(D) Said fund shall be non-reverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Hanover Town Council.
