§ 33.020 COUNTY MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The Jefferson County All Hazard Mitigation Plan is hereby adopted as an official plan of the town.
   (B)   The town hereby adopts the Jefferson County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as an official plan.
