§ 33.011 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COURT ATTENDANCE.
   Whenever a member of the Town Council is required to attend a hearing, as a witness, in any lawsuit in which the town is a party, or is required to attend any meeting as a town representative, and as a result of such attendance loses wages from their regular job, then the town shall reimburse said Town Council member for any lost wages.
