(A) The Uniform Internal Control Standards for Indiana Political Subdivisions published by the State Board of Accounts at http://www.in.gov/sboa/files/UniformlnternalControlStandards.pdf and are adopted in their current form as well as in future modified, altered, or amended form for implementation by the town.
(B) The Approved Personnel Training Materials published by the State Board of Accounts at http://www.in.gov/sboa/files/UniformlnternalControlStandards.pdf and attached here are adopted in their current form as well as in any future modified, altered, or amended form for implementation by the town.
(C) All personnel whose official duties include receiving, processing, depositing, disbursing, or otherwise having access to funds that belong to the federal government, state government, a political subdivision, or another governmental entity shall complete said training prior to December 31, 2016.
(D) All future personnel whose official duties include receiving, processing, depositing, disbursing, or otherwise having access to funds that belong to the federal government, state government, a political subdivision, or another government entity shall complete said training during orientation and job training.
