§ 33.005 COMPOST CENTER PERMITS.
   (A)   The Town Council, as the municipal legislative body, hereby determine that the town is authorized to sell permits for the use of the town compost center for the purchase price of $35 to residents who reside outside of the town limits.
   (B)   Prior to the sale of a permit for the town compost center, the purchaser must show proof of residency to the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
   (C)   The permit shall be valid from March 15 to October 30 for the year in which it was purchased.
   (D)   The town reserves the right to revoke the permit from a purchaser if the purchaser violates any of the usage guidelines set forth for the town compost center.
