§ 33.002 CHARGES FOR REPORTS AND COPIES.
   (A)   The town shall collect charges for photocopies: $0.10 for each black and white copy and $0.25 for each color copy.
   (B)   (1)   Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8, I.C. 9-13-2-93.2, and I.C. 9-29-5-9, the town shall collect the following fees for the collection, reproduction, and dissemination of information when requested by the public.

Fees for books and pamphlets containing public records shall not exceed the actual cost of production including copying charges and binding.
 
      (2)   Fees paid for accident reports as permitted by I.C. 9-13-2-93.2 shall be deposited as required by I.C. 9-13-2-93.2.
      (3)   Fees paid for vehicle identification number (VIN) checks as permitted by I.C. 9-29-4-2 shall be deposited as required by I.C. 9-29-5-9.
