(A) The Town Council, as the municipal legislative body, hereby determines that the town is authorized to rent the town’s Community Center.
(B) (1) The rental of the town’s Community Center is on a first-come basis.
(2) Prior to the rent of the park facilities, the renter must fill out a facility use agreement and make a $50 deposit. It is suggested this be done at least 30 days prior to the rental date.
(3) Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the facility use agreement and the $50 deposit. The Clerk-Treasurer will initial the agreement to show confirmation. A completed initialed copy of the agreement will be given to the renter.
(C) The $50 deposit will be refunded subject to the following of all rental rules.
(D) Balance of the rental rate must be paid seven days prior to the rental date.
(E) A rental rate for the large room (approximately 2,285 square feet) is $150 for four consecutive hours. Additional hourly rate is $30 per hour. Kitchen rental rate is $50.
(F) The town reserves the right to revoke future rental privileges to anyone who violates any of the rental rules.
