§ 153.09 GENERAL FINANCIAL.
   All monies collected through drainage service charges and drainage fees authorized herein shall be separately identified and accounted for in the town financial records, and all expenses related to stormwater drainage and flood control shall be separately identified and accounted for by the Superintendent of Utilities and the Clerk-Treasurer.
